My name is Chad Haugen and I began leather restoration as a teenager. I was hoping to start my own business and marry my high school sweetheart. After a couple years of hard work and perseverance both of those goals became a reality. Since the early years, I have carefully honed the skill set needed for this type of work and have added other very skilled technicians to my team. It has been exciting to see how the auto and marine industries have changed over the last 19 years. As a small family business I have always tried put our customers first.
I have learned that my customers expect clarity and honesty above all else.
Many of my current customers have been loyal for over a decade. We are excited about what the future hold for this industry and look to keep on providing excellent restoration work for many years to come.
